MPS 6100

Emplex MPS 6100 series continuous band sealers are stand alone bag sealers with the ability to seal bags up to 2 pounds in weight (on an 8” wide bag, 2 mil bag) without the use of a conveyor.

These band sealers are capable of sealing bags up to 6 mil in thickness at production rates (3 mil maximum when gusseted). All of our Emplex MPS 6100 continuous band sealers have the option to be equipped with a bag top trimmer, emboss coder, dry ink printer, or ink jet printer. Designed for 24/7 operation, these sealers are suitable for all production environments.
