Emplex MPS 6500

Emplex MPS 6500 series conveyorized band sealers are bag sealers with the ability to seal bags of any weight.

These bag sealers are capable of sealing bags up to 6 mil in thickness at production rates (3 mil maximum when gusseted). The stainless steel 6” wide x 6’ long conveyor comes with a food grade belt conveyor and guide rails. This conveyor can be manually raised and lowered to match any size bag. Bags with a weight greater than 2 pounds require a conveyor for vertical sealing. A full family of conveyor variations and sizes are available for heavy duty applications. All of our Emplex MPS 6500 Bag Sealers can be equipped with an optional bag top trimmer, emboss coder, dry ink printer, or ink jet printer. Designed for 24/7 operation, these sealers are suitable for all production environments.
