For full pallet load and velocities up to 40 bags per minute, the new Model AP-440 high-level palletizer is the highest quality palletizer on the market. Servomotor power is behind many of the AP-440’s features. Servomotor-driven bag pushers improve speed, flexibility and precision. The newly designed turner-indexer also uses servomotor power to ensure precise bag positioning and greater control.
Bag changeover takes less than one minute in most cases, and installation is easier too. The AP-440 was designed to decrease the number of steps for installation, resulting in 50 percent less installation and commissioning time. Now both can be completed within one week.
Designed for operations reaching up to 35 bags per minute on a regular five-bag pattern, the Model AP-435 high-level palletizer uses an innovative turning system called “twin belt.” Two belts turn the units. One belt moves faster than the other, causing the units to rotate 90 or 180 degrees without completely stopping.
Two row pushers and a high-speed elevator assist in achieving the AP-435’s production capacity.
Designed for operations reaching up to 25 bags per minute on a regular five-bag pattern, the AP-425 provides gentle package handling and high precision via the use of the standard flaps overhead turning device, capable of 90- and 180-degree rotations.
To reach the production capacity of the Model AP-425, this palletizer has one row pusher and a two-speed elevator.
