Strapping Machine Options
Hughes Enterprises offers a variety of strapping solutions. From small tabletop equipment to large pallet strappers, we have access to many different types of strapping systems.
Strapping Equipment Types
Strapping machines come in all different shapes and sizes. The smallest table-top strapper we offer only weighs 190 pounds and can be easily transported around your warehouse to fulfill various needs in different locations. These small machines are capable of applying secure straps to packages as small as 3”x1”.
Our larger selection of equipment has the capabilities to strap full pallet loads. These machines can apply straps vertically or horizontally onto your pallets to assure that they will not tip during transportation.
The semi-automatic trappers supplied by Hughes Enterprises only require an operator who controls where and when the straps get applied. We also have fully automatic trappers that don’t require an operator. These machines have the ability to run at speeds of 65 straps per minute.
Strapping Supplies
Our stock of strapping supplies includes all of the materials you need to run the strapping systems we sell. Whether you are using plastic polypropylene or steel strapping, we have a supply of different sized straps that can be utilized in any application. With Hughes, you can also choose from a variety of different colors for your straps.
Along with our stock of strapping material, we have hand tensioners for manual strapping applications. If you don’t have high quantities of items that need straps, you can use these different tensioners to apply your straps by hand.
